A REALLY overdue freebie commission for CosmicDragon on PI.
When my mailing list on PI reached 100 members, I gave away 5 free commissions. CosmicDragon received one of them but I just now finished hers XD
This is her character Arcturis and his dragon friend Draii. She wanted him drawn as an anthro and I agreed to draw him though without Draii. But considering the size of the file I was using I figured if I did just waist up she'd get a lot more details and I could draw his friend as well. ^^
Anyways enjoy guys! ^^
