Frump was just supposed to be a Tsuyu figurine just for a little while for fun, but whoever she had modifying her seems to have had other plans all along! They just wanted to make a quick buck selling a custom Tsuyu figurine- though it seems like they're having a hard time selling their figurine, since it's clearly unofficial merchandise...
Maybe they'll have more luck selling it online? Worst case scenario, they can always just modify it into something else and try again~
