Seen this before? It has to be perhaps the most detailed talonhand I've seen, and I'd love to be able to commission you to make one as similar to it as possible one day.
I know not the technical difficulties of making/applying this sort of prosthetic work, so I should mention that this hand is a sculpture, hand carved, no pun intended, from a hard material I'm not sure of at the moment, so I don't know what limitations there would be between a simple sculpture and a realistic wearable prosthetic.

Rambling aside, this mask is prime quality: a bit of makeup around the eyes and you'd blend right in: the fact that its convincing without any additional tweaking is a testimate to your work.

That sounds kinda cool. If I had the skills and such to make masks and such like Deez does, I'd probably make said talonhands as some sort of cast/dipped latex glove with a stretchy fabric 'core' (similar to those one-size-fits-all stretchy winter gloves). That way it could be prosthetic-like yet re-usable. Just my random pair-o-pennies.

*ponders* well, those pennies are worth more than their face value: I'll take what info I can in seeing a were-swan costume made, to be sure;) Thanks for the info!

Mind you this is all based on ideas untested (afaik) but do make logic sense. (e.g. a removable glove with some sort of core (to prevent/slow down potential ripping due to overstretching of the latex prosthetic-glove (due to wrists being smaller than hands)

That's a lovely head My only put-off point would be the eyes But that's just a personal preference, own-wearers-eyes mean potentially the glare of a heavy-breathing scary person underneath the mask glaring at you whilst trying to remember if they've introduced themselves to their neighbours

But seriously, I don't know why ya wanted to give up modelling scales... these look really nicely done
