Hildegard's Quest for Aura - Snorlax
BEFORE YOU ASK: The reason we've skipped all the way to snorlax is because of a new system I'm implementing, where we are cycling through the generations in order and picking a majority vote pokemon rather than going in national dex order. All this is happening in my server.
The next part of Hildegard's quest, her quarry this time being snorlax! See the battle in the image pack below!

Honestly I hope it's used not just for that, but more in case some of the pokemon that gets eaten are interesting/likable/already established in the other pokemon stuff fidchell does - I liked the LuchaPika and her Raichu companion and honestly wouldn't mind if Celebi basically is the reason they re-appear again, probably in something different though (hopefully the vore-related victories/defeats remain the same).
Great artwork with the comic! And it's interesting to see such a size difference between the Snorlax and the Hildegarde, as well as seeing her actually getting defeated (at first) as nice to see as it knocks her back a peg as all protagonists should go through (otherwise they become too powerful and then you don't connect with the character as much, etc, etc.) which brings me to my main observation/point. When Hildegarde is saved by Celebi I was truthfully mixed about this bit because it felt like it came out of nowhere and a bit too convenient (unless I am missing some foreshadowing, which can happen at times) but when I read it again it made ask more questions in regard's for the future which made me more and more interested. I will list the reasons why to keep things simple:
1. What makes Celebi want to save Hildegarde? Because all though she does what she does to try and save her trainer, she is technically murdering Pokemon by digesting them, does Celebi truly believe that the means justify the end? That countless lives should be sacrificed for one? (which does add depth to Hildgarede's morals, similar to Thanos in Infinity War because of what he does for his own mission).
2. Does Celebi really care for Hildegarde? At first I thought yes but again, I read the panel again and a quote stuck out "This wasn't how it was meant to be." and the more I pondered, the more I became unsure, sparking a big interest in me. Because it sounds as if Celebi had been watching Hildegarde from the start with some sort of specific outcome in mind. And if so, was the outcome for Hildegarde's benefit, her own? Or someone else's because why would a legendary being of time keep an eye on one mortal being, unless that mortal was crucial to some end. Did Celebi foresee a war or conflict that Hildegarde's power could end? Or does she need Hildgegard to collect aura for some other means?
In short, Celebi invokes a great sense of mystery when you look at it from another angle and when there's mystery, there's theories and when there's theories, there's excitement! However, I would highly recommend thinking more about foreshadowing in future, both subtle and in-your-face ones (the latter will really make people kick themselves for not noticing- a great example of this would be 'Batman: Arkham City's' twist, although I don't know if you played it), seeing how you are really giving Hildegard a serious story having these cool twists would really add a feather to your cap but just be careful not to make the twists too sudden (like with this Celebi in this comic) and be careful in making sure the twist makes sense, otherwise people will think it comes out of nowhere.
One thing I do admit, is that I like to imagine that maybe Celebi could be working with a Mewtwo figure (who is somewhat of a rival figure of Lucarios) so that when Hildegard confronts it, she will have so much aura that if she is actually defeated, consumed and digested by it, the Mewtwo could become somewhat of a new main antagonist for your other OC's to deal with, thanks to the immense power from all of the aura energy. And on a happier note Hildgegarde is technically reunited with her master (Pokemon Movie 8 did kinda establish some sort of afterlife in the Pokemon universe). Because people would think that Hildgearde would win because it's her story , so you could do a complete 180 and take everyone by suprise! :)
(That's just my imagination, who knows what you got planned :o)
Overall, amazing and interesting visual work and what could be the start of a really big shift in the story! :D

Thank you for the criticism, seems like you've spent some time on this comment. Your observations about the Celebi are intriguing, but truthfully, Hildegard's Quest for Aura is simply put, a game that I host on my server. Celebi is meant to be a game-over "restart" mechanic fit in to not disrupt the immersion, better than a big "Continue?" in the middle of the picture. If you're interested in the canonical story, it's named Kinetic Spirits under my wikia: https://fidverse.fandom.com/wiki/Kinetic_Spirits
At last I can respond! (Now thta FA is no longer down)
Now the Celebi part makes sense! I didn't see it that way but when you do, it is a nice way to include the classic 'Continue' screen without destruction of world, it just might be a bit tricky to catch on for people outside the server but it's no biggy as I think it's a better alternative than having to break immersion to do that~ Although I can see why my friend Fluffy Latios got confused by it too but you explained it now so that ends that confusion XD Although perhaps as a lil suggestion, if a scenario like that happens in future why not include something like "Mission: Backup activated" to continue the game feel perhaps? Or something along that note so that way you can keep the immersion but not risk making anything that might confuse people.
Anyway, now that's the celebi issue done, now it's time for me to look at Moltres~
