So, a few things to note about this comic. Yes, Gerald does eventually start changing like this, but it's a long way down the road before that happens. I've been sitting on this comic for months, and the artist has not posted it either. I've decided to go ahead and share it.

The other thing of note, is that something like this, would not be enough to elicit the change. It only occurs due to something traumatic, usually someone dead or dying, or whose life is in danger. Also, the eyes are pupil-less, just 2 glowing orbs. Lastly, there's usually not enough intelligence left to allow speech, just mindless rage.
