I'm leaving the UA up for now, since I feel like FA has given me enough that I ought to leave some of my best furry work for members' enjoyment. Still, if you really like the UA, then buy it for your Kindle.

As with Unexpected Good, you've really brought a certain depth to the characters. Wortag (not going to spoil this) has a rather well-rounded feel despite being a new addition, so I hope to see more of him soon.
Also, the fact that I would do almost anything to have a blue vixen suit (that I could use despite being male) might be a reason I like this series so much... But that's beside the point.

Yeah, let's just say that I borrowed a little to make Wortag from a certain cartoon made in the 90s whose main character I empathize with. Not too much, since D wouldn't ever go to a furry con willingly(though D might be forced by circumstance and like it).
Too bad about tech these days. It's why I set my stories in the near future. I think Dean Kamen is our friend.

Ah thats fair enough. Ever tried grabbing soundtracks off movies (like compositions from Thomas Newman for example) and listening to them whilst writing? Because if its a matter of when you aren't in the mood you cannot relate to the characters and cannot flow with the creative fusion, then it may be worth a try. But I dunno. I aint no writer thats for sure.
