Report:

The patient's weight has increased notably, both in terms of fat and muscle. Yet, that is by far the least interesting development Morozov has experienced as of late. The horse has developed noticeable spines on certain points along his limbs, a point of great intrigue and alarm to both my colleagues and I. His appetite has increased considerably, his body able to easily process astounding amounts of food in a surprisingly short amount of time. This is likely due to a shift in his digestive tract, as well as his recently developed sharp teeth.

The horse's stomach is massively bloated and only seems to be getting larger. This is likely helped by his hearty meals, which usually consist of two to three roast pigs. Although he has experienced notable muscle growth, his abs have faded significantly. Honestly, I find it extremely surprising that the horse has any abs left at all, given how much his waistline has grown. Strangely enough, the horse has grown a full four inches in height since the last report, which, when compounded with the horse's odd protrusions, makes me feel somewhat... uneasy, to say the least.

I have interacted with the subject at length, and, after much coaxing on Morozov's end... I used the serum. The intelligent part of my mind tells me that something in the serum has enhanced his persuasive prowess, yet... I cannot find the will to even mind. Already, I feel... different. Better, in a way, however, I doubt that the serum will have nearly as drastic of an effect - I hope at least. I should report this to the proper authorities, yet... I don't want to.
