Last week when my Parents and I took a two week vacation in Mesa, Az we drove up Southern Mountain to Dobbins Lookout (elevation 2330 ft) which had an huge view of the valley and downtown Phoenix.

This was shot with my Canon SX100 IS superzoom with the zoom cranked up all the way. I was really surprised at how sharp this photo came out.

BTW One thing I did notice about downtown Phoenix is that there isn't any 100 story high-rise buildings here. Is there a code or something else keeping anyone building one?
