You mean the left or the right? On the left you showed her shoulder moving up as it should. If her left hand is behind her head, we can't see it.
The right *hand* is the only thing in the entire drawing I think could use a few adjustments. The right arm itself looks fine too. That said, I myself suck at drawing hands and am the first one to say so.

I think that her weight is off. You have her with her legs open, which is fine. But, her right leg is bend when it should be straight and more under her. Like a through line from her spin/hips/foot. I see you are having trouble with hands. Use google to look at the way Disney animators handle hands. You'll learn alot.
