5.5" x 8.5" ink and watercolor pencil on Moleskine Watercolor Paper. I did this one on my long journey from Austin all the way to Seattle for Emerald City Comic Con in 2017-- I took the more northern route in hopes of visiting Glacier National Park, but an ice storm had just passed through the midwest, and instead I hit an icy patch on the road and had to spend the night in a hotel in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere Wyoming, followed by a morning in an auto shop getting the packed-in snow pulled out from inside my wheel wells.
But hey, at least that gave me the time to create this piece while sitting in the waiting area of the auto shop.
