'Double-Hearted', a 2017 Illustration from my Firebloods series: Though all others would regard a man of multiple allegiances as being two-faced, in his own true being the General knows he is instead double-hearted. But to love both sides of a war is a battle lost from the start, for a man divided can never truly move forward with united purpose.
