I usually don't post photos of Angel on here but this is my favorite picture with Jake in it.

Jake passed away last night... He wasn't doing well and it was obvious, we had a vet appointment set up for tomorrow but... not soon enough, he was old and we're sure the vet would have recommended euthanasia anyway.

I'm hoping Angel doesn't notice he's not here and assumes he's outside or something so I can tell her after school. I can't tell her before school.

So I lost both my dogs this semester...
