As seen in my latest comic strip here, this is a super secret nightclub that exists in the world of Super Oblivious Beast. Made by ABDL's for ABDL's. When he's not working for Judy, Weasly takes a few shifts as a bouncer and… well, that's all I want to reveal for now as who knows if I will ever come back to this idea or not.
The club is owned by the otter in the image, Pinkie Andrew Brian. After being made fun of for his entire life for his odd coloring, Pinkie (or "Andy" in professional settings) decided to make a safe and exclusive space for Cubbies to just have fun at. There's a dance floor for those who just want the normal type of fun, but plenty of back rooms for those who want to have the more traditional ABDL experience. Each space is custom designed for whatever desires or needs you'd like fufilled. All "Ages" and Sizes are welcome to come and enjoy their stay.
Otterly Adorable's most popular and desired service is their Overnight Babysitting Package. Which functions more like a one night stay in a baby motel complete with changing table, various onsies and many toys to help tire out the baby before being put to their bed or crib for the remander of the night and early morning. Although, keep in mind that Otterly Adorable has a strict 10AM checkout time as other guests would like a chance to play as well.

I saw something about it (as a lifestyle/pastime rather than a sexual fetish) on Taboo or My Strange Addiction or something like that. The way the person was explaining it, I can see why people would gravitate towards it. Also I think the Spongebob Squarepants episode "Grandma's Kisses" kinda shows a bit of how and why some grownups might like baby stuff :P
