Yup, I recognize him from that pic! And the more of him, the better, as far as I’m concerned!
Of course they test them out! The best captives test and struggle in their bonds to see if they can get loose at all. And the best captors make sure that this gets them nowhere, which they seemed to accomplish quite well!
That’s a neat tidbit that Tailblaze can breathe fire. It adds another practical purpose to the gag and makes it even more demeaning! The fact that it also holds his jaws nice and tightly shut, keeping him from speaking or making loud noises is, of course, the best part, though.
