Jeez, from looking through all those Luxray pics submitted on FA via Search Button, I was trying to avoid any similar personalities or looks. (It seems that A lot of Luxrays love Fishnets-Type Attire, It seems. You can't say that It doesn't look on them. They all probably know secrets of where to find the good stuff lol.)

Personality: Cunning, malevolent, Spiteful, Prideful, Egotistic (Basically, he's carries no emotions to any of his minions whatsoever. If they're weak, They aren't good enough to serve him. But... I wonder about the 3 teammates on his team, he probably think differently of them. )
Likes: Power, Being Respected as the Strong King (or so he says he is.)
Dislikes: disrespectful curs, weaklings, liars (He punishes his minions if they screw up real bad because of something stupid or people who he's gets (Protection) money from that don't have any money to pay his fees by breaking some bones or dislocating them. Of Course they can't go to the authorities for it, his gang (or his Father's mafia) will find the snitch and punish them greatly.)

I will go into details for this guy in the colored version but I could give you some info about him:

THIS GUY IS NOT YOUR BUDDY. He's Infamous in the city he lived in for Extortion, Blackmailing, and Fearmongering. He's the son of Nathan Strowd, A infamous organized crime boss. Vermillion has lived to believe that he must be a King and be nobody's Servant, hence he calls himself "The Great King." Such Twisted Logic is due to his Father bringing him up to be like that. Spoiled and Trained viciously, he has shown excellent talent in Fighting and academics, believe it or not. He's not an idiot in any form at all. Just Drifted to the bad side of society.

He has his own gang called the "Stormbringers", which he also called his team at PCA as well. He gathered himself 3 people that work with him, which will be revealed later on.
Secretly there has been some secret dealings at PCA that nobody's aware of, like gambling and suff.

Vermillion only respects those who he considers Strong according to him, so he'll call you by your name, but if you're weak, you're gonna get a nickname from him, usually a disrespectful one. He's not looking to topple any of the top teams, AT LEAST NOT RIGHT NOW, though he feels that they can be a stepping stone as representing his power and further his status. This Guy needs some "reforming", fellas. You gotta show him who's he's dealing with in the PCA. IN BATTLE! YOU CAN DO IT!

This guy and his gang/team is Gonna be antagonists towards Kotaro's Team, so to let you know. (Mostly because Kotaro disrespected "The Great King" a whole lot and now he's targeted.) Your PCA characters are welcome to be involved helping Kotaro and his comrades in the comic series I'm gonna make. Cameos, fighting by side to side, whatever.

I'm Gonna introduce Team Stormbringer later on with the other 3 who are Vermillion's Comrades. (My guess is that there probably be a Slaking for one thing lol. Probably)
