Hehe, I had that very thought myself. If for no other reason than the need to turn around.
Now that said, there's no reason why airlines couldn't be redesigned to make a little extra space. sethtriggs did an art series showing the plant Chakona for his series on doing world building for it. One of them showed how an airliner for taurs would look like.
