Name: Shahhandar Vontallah
Race: Valdradaj
Occupation: High Templar and cleric of “The Builder,” Zeboc-Seei
Age: 100 standard years
Sex: Female
Height: Approximately 4 meters
Length: Approximately 17 meters
Weight: Approximately 1300 kg
Shahhandar is a prophetess and priestess of the Valdradaj Goddess of Universal Creation: Zeboc-Seei “The Builder” or “Maker of Order.”
She is physically blind and her eyes are cloudy whitish blue orbs. She is reptillian and therefore does not have breasts and her internal anatomy follows that of a snake. Her arms and collar bones are fully dislocatable, just like her jaws, so she can swallow large prey and not have anything get in the way.
Her body is an earthy brown with a sort of cream or light khaki color on her belly and a darker reddish brown on her back and the top of her head and arms. She most commonly is seen to wear a black armored coat on her humanoid torso and a silver skull cap on the crown of her head. The silver skull cap is a piece of ritual clothing that indicates her status as a Cleric of Zeboc-Seei and that it is silver indicates her rank in the Order.
She is a powerful and very dangerous psychic. It can seem like her powers are inconsistent in their extent, but she is very judicious in their application. Although she is physically blind she can “see” the energies and auras of things directly as outlines of blue energy in her mind.
She has the gift of prophecy and can see the multiple futures of some events and can, via her actions help to bring about desired future circumstances. She knows what and who to manipulate now to increase the odds of desired futures. She has very powerful telekinetic abilities, able to pick up and manipulate matter from the molecular level up to things about the size of two city blocks. She can create protective force fields and direct powerful bolts of force.
She has an indomitable will and unshakeable commitment to her service to her Goddess. She is not a pacifist, but does try to resolve issues without violence if that can be helped. The Goddess she serves is the active, creative will of Universe and while certainly not evil, it is hardly entirely good either. She gets occasional flashes of the Goddess’ will and its up to her to figure out what needs to be done.
She is a fundamentally decent sort of person, but will do what is necessary according to her understanding of the will of the Goddess.
She is currently on a quest in the darkest corners of the corrupted Galactic Empire to find the most recent incarnation of the Soul of the Void. She must find what should have remained lost.

Why does she have such a nice pair of buttocks/gluteus? Like it doesn't fit or make sense with the rest of her body anatomy, right?
Something similar could be said of centaurs, there are several images in internet where is suggest that with that anatomy it seems that they would have 2 rib cages with 2 lungs, perhaps 2 stomachs, hearts, etc. Although this could be explained with the same redundancy of organs in cows with 4 stomachs... and I think octopuses have 3 hearts. Something like centaurs would have great respiratory capacity and stamina, I don't know.
But I don't see the point of her having those buttocks, unless she is an artificial creation in a laboratory... then almost anything could be plausible.
Another thing is the arms. I suppose that if this is an alien species... your species began to evolve towards intelligence at the time when it was still in that transition period in which the serpents of our world were seeing their members dwindle until they disappeared. Then the upper limbs dwarfed until they almost disappeared, but just then they began to be used for tools and manipulation, with which they did not end up disappearing, but they remained in that "atrophied" size compared to the rest of the body.

Well, the buttocks is a bit of artistic license on the part of the artist :) She is an alien creature and not strictly really a snake as such. Different evolutionary pressures resulted in the “anthropoid” torso. I don’t feel it is any more “unrealistic” than having crazy psychic powers in any case ;)
Yeah. It is very difficult to find a plausible explanation for how to achieve alterations in the brain/behavior of another completely remotely, with the physics we know today. It is known that several animals, not only birds, can detect the Earth's magnetic field and the brain has that of Delta Waves... but a lot about how the brain works is through exchanges of hormones and other chemistry, not electrical impulses only.
But anyway, I have found a way to make telepathic powers plausible and not remain as "another type of magic": through the universalization of cybernetic implants. In such a futuristic context that spaceships and interstellar travel have become so common, it would not be at all unusual for information technology and telecommunications to have developed along with which people would have "cell phones" implanted directly into the brain in the form of a cybernetic implant, with which you could not only send and receive calls and messages just by thinking, but you could also connect wirelessly with any device (a computer, for example, to write and surf the Internet without having to use your hands, or connect to a vehicle to pilot it mentally) and that permissions and passwords are authorized with that cybernetic implant. Today a device is being developed that serves as a google translator that "instantly" translates what people say, with a cybernetic implant directly in the brain you could download all the languages to your external memory and "listen" to the translated version really Instantly. With all these advantages, the use of these cybernetic implants would become so universal that it would be extremely strange for someone not to have one installed, it would be like not having an identity document, or email or cell phone today. With this, telepathy would become a reality, even at such great distances that no role-playing manual allows (generally, role-playing manuals only allow telepathy to characters you can see directly), but hackers specialized in these implants could do crazy things.
I'm still thinking about explaining telekinesis XD
I take this opportunity to apologize if I wrote or will write something that bothers you, especially in the illustrations of that donkey character in which he appears mutilated or lobotomized. On the one hand there's something about it that turns me on, I suppose it's the dominance-submission/control/obedience fetish that's mixed in there... but after the hornyness wears off I feel sorry and guilty. Something like this also happens to me with the vore fetish.
