While I think this character looks cool, I think the pump abilities that you mentioned could be rolled into one, because everyone knows what can be used with a pump. It would be like if I had a character whose abilities were Bent Sword, Slightly Blunt Sword and Broken-but-still-useful-for-cutting-cake... Sword.
