My fursuit Erios has 10 servo-motors that move eyebrows, eyelids, ears and upper muzzle. The eyes have LED backlights. The servo-motors are connected to a microcontroller.

It's the most complex fursuit I made so far. The fur can be removed (it's attached by sew-on-snaps) - very easy to clean.

Amazing work, would love to see video and more info on what you did on the electronics side. I have plenty of stepper motors and various pic/atmel and other controller boards around and thought about doing something like this for an audio-animatronic or maybe fursuit.
