Feeling down is never nice. You feel lost, trapped, without hope, sometimes like the entire universe is against you.

So the best as a friend you can do there is just be there. Be there, hold him, cuddle him, tell him that they are not alone, that you care for your friends and try to help them best. This simple act often is all you need to do to make a person better.

Here I did just that for   xIDx . I have known this cute deer boy for a few years now, and while we gotten out of touch because of his situation for a while, we managed to get in touch again and I kept on prodding his deer butt every once in a while simply to show that I still cared for him, just as I do for all my friends.

So, if you know that one of your friends is not doing so well, just give him a call, a text message, just a simple gesture to show that they are not forgotten and are stil cared for.
