Baku and Kuromi are from an anime that is only in japanese, though there are fan-subbing versions of it. the series is called "onegai my Melody". baku and kuromi are the "villains" of the series, though baku is too good-hearted to be a villain, but does so due to his devotion to Kuromi.
it's from 96 dubbed in 91
Japanese version was in 90 in Japan
i love the dub it's so funny the dialog they had to make up and it matched the animation and lips perfectly^^ with out translations of the original cuse i think i heard they got lost and or damaged or there were no translations or something like that
