Some background info:
BFD was born into the marauder system (another word for raider or pirate). This was a large system of intergalactic raiders where they have one goal: Anarchy. Well, that’s what the Compact calls it. The marauder system hates the Compact to the point where they purposely raid any planet associated with them just to get back at them. Back to BFD, He was nothing special, just a slave working for the higher ranks and the only way to get out was to fight in the Ring.
