In the land inhabited by dragons instead of humans, the small crime done by local citizens wasn't exactly something as concerning as runaway human. However, with the crisis of complete world destruction by the space object averted, police departments could start working on the usual jobs. And one of those usual jobs had a serious impact on one of the citizens.
