This tis part of my "Vengence List", my getting payback to certain ones for their naughty habits against myself ^>^

The first notch off this list,  Scuffndings for constaintly seeking that Agent Hilt upon me! So, I got him back by trying out this new idea of mine, "The laugh-atics Chair"

From the outside, seems nothing more then an average wheelchair for asylum inhabitants with a habbit to hurt others or themselves, no? But inside tis a different matter. The straps, are actually also disguise for parts of the device, when in motion, the wheels to the ground turn the gears inside the chair. These gears move the feathers and prongs about that press to the most senstive areas, in short "Tickle spots" of the bound person. The upper straps also have "shirt straps" to make it seem as though nothing tis out of the ordinary for an afternoon stroll for those of lesser sanity, he is wearing pants, if you wonder. Their unexpected shouts and laughs rather helps the look ^>`

So, under the guise from afar as a nurse to a new Asylum in town, I take Scuffndings for a "Stroll". I really should give thanks to TGTFLink in the mechanics department of Phantom dearests stronghold. The chair seems to work brillaintly lol

And yes, there tis a "Second" for this craft, but later. And no, I am not going to do anything naughty to him in case that tis everyones first thoughts. What sort of Nurse do you take me for? lol
