A giant rage-filled dragon could be unstoppable unless perhaps Godzilla happened by having intended to have a rampage through the city and was angry at what he saw as a rival kaiju showing up first and decided to attack him. In his macro form though this dragon might prove to be rather tough and perhaps it's more or less a draw with neither able to leave so much as scratch or singe the other with claws or flame so it all comes down to a wrestling match and someone proves a little ticklish, though whether it would be Godzilla or Chief the dragon would be the question.
