Here comes what is probably the most dramatic character redesign thus far! You all remember this pissed off Weavile, right? Or maybe more infamously in this pic when she was caught indulging in secret fetish, d'ohohoho~

Now she's a real, genuine punk cat ready to do some hardflips on the faces of people that get in her way! Rebecca is a tough and buff girl with a love for skating and graffiti art. She owns her own private, albeit slightly run down skate park that tagged front to back with her own series of graffiti.

She's very independent, keeps to herself a lot and doesn't often hang out with others. She also tends to have a short fuse when other folk (rival skaters or otherwise) try to provoke her, so with that said she has a low tolerance for bullshit. Although she acts toughs most of the time, Rebecca can be a lot more relaxed when she's dabbling in Graffiti Art, which she finds to be the best way to wind down after busting tricks all day.
