Announcement:

There is a malfunction in the HVAC in the Yard. We are aware of the problem and have put in a call to have it fixed. The Rshast have quoted us sometime in Q1 of next year they'll have a repair crew out here to fix it. I would fix it, being the maintenance raccoon, but the HVAC is a union job.

If I touch it I'd be fired.
