Thank you so much Muramuri. I have been taking much better care of myself and being really strict about taking regular breaks, and getting days off!
Lately I've been going to life drawing twice a month. It has been helping me so much, and I've really fallen head over heels in love with drawing again.
I've purchased my first ever art book and started reading it, too. I feel slightly dizzy to realize how little I know, yet excited to realize how much progress I'm yet to make!

I know how hard it's to stay strict with yourself about taking breaks... and remembering to have day-offs! I find myself slipping from my weekend offs, but mostly I have managed to stay away from work haha! < v <;;

I really like that he breaks down the science behind different visual phenomena, it feels almost like an encyclopedia for every colouring question I never knew I had.
He is incredibly skilled and a wonderful teacher, I saw this book being recommended heavily and I see why!
Also, it's filled with absolutely beautiful art. This guy is incredible.
