It seems I only get the urge to draw when I get an idea for it, hence this.
I might actually do a few sequels to this because I got some other ideas.
Also Busty is latina, just throwing that out there.

Yeah I kind of wanted to avoid black face as much as possible, I know it's a homage to old cartoons and some of them are hella racist but I wasn't going to for authenticity.
Lol that's kind of why I mention her racial code so I don't get people coming out of nowhere being all "uh black face much?".

Busty is a dog, this has been stated many times.
When doing research on 1920's cartoons I used Steamboat Willie as a reference point, I made Busty very similar to Pete and their designs were hella simple back then so having their ears be visible is kind of something I couldn't do, if anything Silvia is the oddball for having her ears be a different color from her hair. And I used to think classic cartoons had pac man eyes everywhere too but looking back it wasn't as common, even Cuphead doesn't use them I think.

But I thought Busty was made to be not a dog?... Or, maybe my memory/history's getting all mixed up again. There was some kind of update...
That's interesting. I'm always thinking about details and extra stuff so I probably wouldn't do so well in the simplicity department that 1920's cartoons stick to.
