A continuing journey through the post nuclear wasteland yields various tales of extraordinary individuals who have emerged from the ashes of the Collapse. Izauscha is one such example, having survived the initial blasts and barely making it through the four year winter that ensued. She is a wolf who's fur has lost nearly all it's color due to the prolonged exposure to the toxins in the atmosphere, but that hasn't stopped her from regaining her strength and finding a new life in the new world.

It wasn't long before Izzy fell into the ranks of the ever expanding chapters of a gang of looters and bandits called the Highwaymen, as she found interest in showing her strength in both tactical scenarios as well as underground brawling. She quickly gained a reputation for her repeated success in all the heists she participated in, eventually earning her spot as a lieutenant of one of the local chapters, where she organized her own raids on neighboring settlements across the nation. Under the guise of "Lt. Rhexx", Izzy became a feared presence with the local survivors as well as her own peers withing the gang's ranks.

After a successful career spanning five years, Izauscha was beginning to become jaded in the life as a Highwayman, instead seeking pleasure in wandering the transformed wilderness of Northwest America. The mounting guilt over all the innocent people she wronged was weighing more and more on her to the point where she disappeared from the gang altogether. She went on to seek pastures anew somewhere in the wasteland, taking only a set of throwing knives, a water canteen, and her trusty pistol. This of course, is seen as a treasonous act by the Highwayman, and it wasn't long before they set out to capture her, and setting a massive bounty on her head. It wasn't anything she didn't expect, Izzy would rather take her chances in the wild than die a fiery death in their so called "Prisoner Run".

Despite this, the Highwaymen rarely give her trouble as her reputation still holds clout within the ranks. The name "Rhexx" continues to instill fear to those who attempt to find and capture her, as the ones who try are never seen again. Izauscha's current whereabouts are unknown, but rumors have surfaced that a white furred wolf has been seen interacting with surviving settlers somewhere in the state of Montana. It's even said that she was seen assisting groups of settlers in their own raids against the Highwaymen, pushing back their territory at an unprecedented pace. Of course, any Highwaymen caught spreading that news gets shot, as many top ranking gang members cannot handle the embarrassment of the fact that they created their own monster, training and equipping Izzy to be the most fierce and adaptable fighter the chapter has ever seen, only to have her turn against them.
