genet Took some time while she was working on commissions to let me experiment with her paints. I've never worked with gouache before, but it was a lot of fun. I am going to bet folks wont have a hard time figuring out which color I tried working with earliest.

It was a neat experiment, and more of them should work out better as I figure out how to use the medium properly. I also made the mistake of picking out a piece of cold press instead of hot press paper. The rough texture was a touch more difficult for me to work with as well, but it was a fun experiment, and I ended up with a color picture of Sahnket, my ryknix character.
