How long does it *usually* take you to make these?

I almost always wind up getting distracted while I'm doing these..but if I sit down, I can usually get somethign like this done in a straight hour, hour and 15 minutes.

How was this made? I've never seen such a thing. It's very nice.

I use what're called fuse beads. You lay them out on pegboards and iron them with transfer paper to fuse them together.

As an avid fan of the Kirby games, I am blown back from the staggering project your have concoted. To accomplish such an incredibly large scale model of Metaknight.

I can just imagine him swooping down upon me, if I were an orange furred kitty version of the pink star warrior, and trying to jab me with his sword as I attempt to escape the self-destructing ship. Also, pokey objects and balloons do not mix well - BANG....
