Charlie Grew up in an old fishing town, she spent her early days helping mend the sails or sand down the wood. As she got older she began making small fishing boats and her talents were soon picked up on and nurtured. Once she hit the age of 22 she earned the title master from her fellow workers. When Maxwell hired her to fix part of the ship after a battle she found that Charlie did all the repairs herself. Knowing this would be a traite needed she persuaded her to join.
