Yesterday was the great protest day against 13 (now Article 17) of the EU copyright reform which has the potential to ruin the internet as we know it. I was at the Frankfurt protest with over 10,000 others.

It's just that the EU is so incredibly disconnected form the people. The real 'citizens' of the Eu are multinational companies, etc. The people are just population of the member countries, they don't really matter as they are no influencers on that multinational level.
