I do remember back when I was a kid we did a school dance and I thought "What would happen if Zims Skool was doing the same?" We know Zim is very protective of his identity, in his mind he thinks that if he didn't ask a human female to dance with him they would assume it isn't human and since he trust no humans his only solution is to ask his friend Baya for assistance. Baya is helpful towards Zim but since she's still new to earth she doesn't know alot. So Zim is offering to teach her what he knows but there is a "Small" problem. But I think there's a real reason why he needed this improvement. XD
