So, the 'Huntress' story is one I've been working on for a while, and at one point, I was walking down the road trying to think of what to do next. I'd planned the background for one character, had some miscellaneous stuff having recently happened, and really had to figure out the main villain's next big move. So I figured he had to do something that would get rid of one of his major enemies so his plans could progress, and then Huntress kind of tapped the back of my head and said "You haven't explained why I had to raid my trust fund to get money for the surgery yet, who's my family", and then I thought about some of the other loose ends that needed to get brought in, and they'd be going after a fairly major target, so they'd need to hire a couple more people to handle things that neither Huntress nor Deedee really had as skills...
And then I suddenly stopped walking in the middle of the sidewalk as I thought to myself, "My god, I'm writing a heist movie." Which made sense, there's a lot of overlap between the classic cyberpunk and the classic heist movie. Of course, once I decided to run with it, now I had to bring in a couple more people and some interesting history between them and various cross-purposes because in those stories you NEVER have everybody working together cleanly.
So, here we have the expanded gang plotting a full-on assault on a corporation that provides security services to other companies, knowing that this is something that can only work because the target figures nobody would be stupid enough to do this... as drawn by

Starting from the bottom left, the mouse there is Deedee, she's the hacker, and she was also in the first picture I got in https://www.furaffinity.net/view/26328749/ She's probably also Huntress' oldest friend, though in this sort of business, that doesn't necessarily take long.
Going up the left, the black panther is Scythe; he's a stealth expert, and his specialty is 'extraction and relocation', a.k.a. kidnapping one corporation's employees to hand them over to a different corporation. He's also got connections all over the place through various people he's moved, voluntarily or otherwise.
The tigress is Huntress, the main character of the story. She's basically a commando and combat expert, a 'Solo' in Cyberpunk 2.0.2.0. terms, enough stealth capability to get into places, and enough combat capability to smash back out when things go wrong.
The weasel by the corner table is Patchy. He's an explosives tech, and yes, he has extra robotic arms to help hold things while he's working on them. He also makes Huntress nervous because people working with explosives should NOT be that twitchy. That, and stealth experts and explosives experts just don't always get along on general principles.
The white ermine on the far right is Marilee. She's much more a straight-up infiltration expert, with a collapsible ribcage to let her squeeze through small spaces. She also tends towards the 'work hard, play hard' attitude, which can make her disconcerting to any man she's got her eyes on.
And the gryphon in the bottom right is Pembroke. He's a bored rich kid who got into building stuff for kicks, and supplies a lot of the sensors and specialized equipment to other mercenary teams. He has his own 3D printing and fabrication setup. He also tends to have a somewhat short attention span if not kept on topic, but he made a good case that they needed him right with them to help on this one.
Between them, they have one job: break into a building housing one of the area's primary security companies, and give them such a public black eye that they'll have to default on half their contracts and nobody will trust them again.
Assuming they don't get found themselves first...

Well, yes, Shadowrun was pretty much 'cyberpunk, with magic', so that's not surprising. Here the furry characters are all biosculpt/surgical in design. It's not a common thing, as it's not cheap; but mercenaries tend to make large sums of money and spend it just as quickly, so a much higher percentage of them are modded. And having a big tigress snarling at you makes for some wonderful intimidation tactics.
Deedee just figured on the computer mouse joke when she was actively erasing her old identity. And Pembroke was just rich enough to pay for something unique.
