Meet the biggest dork you'll ever see, the one, the only, Issy!

-Issy, short for Isabella, is known for her abilities to dive so deep into nerd culture that the depths of her understanding surpass even the creators of the medium themselves.

-A combination of photographic memory and autism has given Issy highly detailed knowledge banks of all sorts of sci-fi, fantasy, and other nerd culture that most normal people (and even most die-hard fans) would not even care about. She can recall specific words, phrases, lines and set pieces from a show on a moment's notice.

-She tends to get extremely emotionally invested in her shows and other medium, and tends to eat to compensate. This happens quite a bit.

-She and Sandea are best friends. Issy loves Sandea's ability to listen to her praddle on about her latest obsession, not realizing that Sandea is too wasted to actually stay aware during them.

-Issy is a lot smarter than is given credit for, and would do extremely well in school if she actually dedicated herself.

-Hygiene isn't Issy's strong suit, mostly because she's too wide for the shower stall and bathing gets in the way of watching re-runs.

-Issy's underdeveloped wings and snaggletooth are due to a rare, genetic deficiency known as "cave dragon syndrome". Few cases actually proceed to Issy's age, but she is otherwise healthy.

-Issy lisps when she talks, but is otherwise articulate.

-A steady diet of junk food has forced her wardrobe to consist of novelty shirts and sweats. Not that she minds a bit.

-Issy tends to get Sandea out of trouble, surprisingly, Jedidiah doesn't seem to mind that Issy is basically her niece's caretaker, possibly due to her scent putting him at ease, and tends to pay her for her trouble. All that money goes to cheap food and more paraphernalia.

-Issy drags Snadea to all sorts of conventions and games, Sandea's usually too drunk to care, but Issy finds her drunken ramblings to be "interesting".

-Issy's has made quite a few rounds on the quiz show circuit, carries an "undefeated" title that makes others reluctant to put her on.

-Issy has colossal amounts of fanfiction, just, ungodly amounts of writing, some of them are almost indistinguishable from official material, or filling plot and lore gaps in flawlessly that would otherwise be left open. Because of this, in some cases, Issy's writings are occasionally referenced in various mainstream media. Although, her detailed slashfiction stores are sometimes best left... unseen.

-When Issy GMs games, she can get a bit carried away with trying to immerse the group, often spending a lot of money and time trying to... improve the experience.

What's amazing is that when I pitched the idea to  kibadoglover45 the first time, they managed to get the sketch absolutely perfect on the first draft. I was amazed on how in-sync they were with the idea!
