He's for a setting I've had in mind for a while but haven't got a really solid story for. Basically this fellow is a wizard that wound up stuck on this desert planet and he really wants off. He's sort of the villain, like he has a brainwashed slave as his personal guard. Maybe someday I'll put it to paper if I can think of something for it.
