Basically the colored version of this one here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3086597 . That saves some typing. LOL. ^\/^.
Traditional pencil drawing and inking, scanned and digitally cleaned of excess pencil marks and ghost line, given filters to smooth the lines and then colored. (finished). ^\/^.

Still lame as hell. He should of known better than to make it from an SUV. LOL. The other time it was used, in a much later Power Rangers season (I forget which one, either SPD or one of the ones after that one) it was stopped in some way other than just running out of fuel I forgot how though. LOL. ^\/^.

http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3102510/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3106847/ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3106789/ are some ideas as to how I work. Basically you start with a line to show how the figure will curve or pose. Next you do a stick figure and then add a square hip with a triangle at the bottom and a circular or triangular shape for the rib cage. Next you add circles for the head, shoulders, elbows, hands, feet, knees and where the legs will connect to the hip. Than you draw bloated tube shapes for the arms, legs, torso and neck. Then you add the general shape to the clothing and head. Next you add details for muscles on the arms, legs and other areas that show the skin. And ten you work on the head. Once those details are down, add further details for the clothing and head. Then ink and erase where you inked the pencil lines. Then color. That is basically it. The ideas for the figures are up to you. Just make sure to learn where the muscles are supposed to go. Ideas from online like photos of people and such are good sources to learn. I likly will make a tutorial one day, just not soon. I hope I helped. ^\/^.
