Uhhmmnnn this smells so gooooood * ¬*
This is like, super sweetened mashed sweet potatoes with a crunchy topping. I wanted to make something bigger and better for Thanksgiving, but time came up and bit me in the tail, so I had to find something quick and easy.
I got the wrong kind of sweet potatoes though, since yams and sweet potatoes look almost exactly alike, plus yams are also called sweet potatoes at times. Oi the confusion. These sweet potatoes were harder to mash, and aren't as sweet as yams, also they don't have that pretty orange color. But hopefully it'll still taste good. (I wont get to taste it til tomorrow ; x; )
