A not-yet-turned-good Stitch (who probably shouldn't be named that yet if he's still bad, but oh well...) is Bizarro's accomplice in an attempt to ambush and abduct the Galactic Grand Councilwoman and the head of the D.S.P. Security Comission (who is known as "Brainy Barker" on English-speaking planets) as they're on their way to a galactic summit or some such thing.
Stitch is wearing his Galactic Federation Prison Uniform, with modifications by himself (note the symbolic slash across the symbol on his chest.) Those are tatoos on his ear and the area surrounding his eye.
The spines on his shoulders are based on the ones on his back from the original Disney version, and were added to give him a more alien appearance.
Stitch is copyright Disney and was created by "Lilo and Stitch" director Chris Sanders. Used for fan purposes.
