Blueprints for my bro 
Derrick He wished to have his parlor blue prints drawn for his future commissions to have a full lay out. So I decided to grant his wish and make it come true.^^
1st Floor Layout: 15.5m X 48m
This the mostly Business side of the building it's where Derrick and Lira as well as their roommates Tessa and Diane perform their daily work.
-The Lobby with destined waiting room for guests and clients.
-Spa Area where most massages are carried out.
-Pool Area where clients can relax and enjoy hot tubs, sauna cabins and he heated pool that is warm enough for any one wants to cool down after hot tub or a sauna.
[UPDATE] 10.07.2019
The Bathrooms are closer to the Pool Area to make sure the wet guests can take shower and dry up.
