Хм... вот не уверен насчет "harmful", что это то, что имелось в виду. Если предполагалось "вредный" в смысле, например, как "вредная старушонка", то более подходящим вариантом мне показалось скорее mischievious . Хотя тут тоже разные смыслы, может, можно вообще заменить на grumpy . Ну и grandmother, насколько я знаю, предполагает именно наличие внуков; по смыслу подошло бы довольно невыразительное oldе womanfemale (по желанию - bitch). Хотя насчет последнего уже не уверен - по крайней мере, granny, вроде бы, говорят.
