Piece two commissioned by Seylyn.

She wanted a chibi done in markers which unfortunately means the colours are a bit off due to the limitation of available colours. However, I think the exaggerated colours fit well with the exaggerated style. In the ref for this character I read that he liked seahorses but would never admit it thus the pout with the hard to hide smile peering from the corner of his lips and the seahorse.

I hope the result is a good one.
