Tax Sale? What does it mean? Sale for taxes? I wouldn't buy taxes- I already pay them.
I do like the Background details, even though already provided by the assets in the movie, still, like the work here.
Now, I would say narrative that this is after the "it's complicated" pic, The Sheriff ate Robin just to parade around his big belly (power) around for the day as a warning to the townsfolk, that anyone would come near with his spiel of "You'll end like Robin!", he pats his belly with Robin inside with the hefty fat, on the occasion that Robin gets annoyed kicks John's stomach where a jab looking on the outside would freakout kids of being eaten. At the end of the day, the Sheriff lets out Robin, apologizes profusely for holding Robin in there, and for not letting Robin doing his own work of helping the poor townfolk with the riches that Prince John has stolen.
And they make out again :P This time Robin is the dominant.
There we go. A good happy conclusion to events!

I can spin out a new web with the limited statements, 2 pictures...and also given source material, good conclusion can be made. Though I threw in Robin as the Dominant, but that's because he was kept in there all day- should get something back for being humiliated! Also I don't get how Robin shrunk down from last pic, but then again sizes can be inconsistent in vore drawings.
Also, I have this vore universe story in my head that's driving me crazy, hence why I'm writing it good. I get out a story within that universe, and then another one pops up and now I have to story event plan that one out- I can't win >_< It's not all fun and games when you know what the actual themes are.

Perhaps this is a moment where the sheriff told Robin that he needed to make it actually look like he was attempting to apprehend him as Prince John was starting to doubt that he could perform his duties if Robin was constantly getting away, and a new sheriff will likely not be as lenient, so he told him this plan. Their relationship would stay secret, though Robin was not looking forward to it. He'd cough him up in the royal prison, but set up a way for Robin to escape. The royal guards would look bad and not the sheriff, giving them more opportunity to continue for the time being.
