I like it myself, as opposed to the Crown Vic. The Taurus is shorter in length so it’s easier to park and make sharp turns in. Especially in downtown San Francisco.
But most officers complain that it’s too short and they feel cramped in there. I’m a shorter stature myself so it feels just right with me, but most officers prefer the new Ford Explorer SUV since they don’t have to contort themselves to get into it. So SFPD wont be ordering any more Tauruses and instead will begin replacing all their old Crown Vics with Explorers.
