Odd is in the middle of her yoga routine when you question the bottle of alcohol in her hand. Giving a sigh, she begins to ramble out an answer
I had a check up a while back and the doctor asked me about my daily activities and if I drink. I told him I'm pretty immobile considering I work at a desk all day and enjoy chilling out at my desk or couch after work. That and I drink a few times every week, 2 or 3, and more on the weekends. He told me I had to do something instead of being idle. Maybe join a sport or sign up for a few classes in kick boxing. Well, since I'm not competitive at all and don't like being with others while I get red faced and sweaty, I took up Yoga in my own home.
I feel like some really prissy health nut though and I don't see the point of this. You stretch for 30 mins then go do whatever. It's boring. Really boring. I've heard people say things like "It increases flexibility" and such, but I'm a cat. I'm already flexible, so what's the point? I don't think I'd be all that attractive doing the splits so wide my knees are above my nipples. I don't like yogs, but I gotta do it, doctors orders and all. So, to spice it up, I drink a bit. Have a bottle of Mikes or a can of Cider Boys and eat some pretzels or something. He didn't say I couldn't drink while exercising, y'know?
