Well well well, looks like I finally got around to making this... thing.

Please forgive the horrible background and minimal shading, it's the time I've ever done it digitally so I don't have much experience.

So... it looks like Hal's got himself in a little predicament, thanks to some friends of his and he's pretty disappointed in their taste for practical jokes.
