He's a clefairy/togekiss mix because mentioned relating to the descriptions of pokemon and I thought about which ones I had in common with in that way!

Why does he have pikachu-family visual elements? Because mentioned that he looked kinda pikachu-esque while I was working on him and I decided to embrace this because it's cute and who cares if it makes any sense

He has no pikachu in him though, just consider it a quirk from hybridisation or whatever
