And here's the last boss in the lineup! AND the last pic for the day. PHEW!
Idouma Costa is the last big boss in the city. He keeps more in the shadows though and that's because he does hits for the other bosses. He runs a shadowy organization of hitmen. All jobs go through him and he distributes them to his group. Dahlia was his number one but she disappeared years ago. He's never seen without his bodyguard Jengo(yet another character I gotta redesign >:Y). He likes dressing pretty, making Jengo look dapper, and guns!
